Rest and creativity may not seem like the most important response to chaos, but these are the practices that allow for intimacy with our soul and help us heal our relationship to crisis itself. Drawing on both silence and language, we explore essential questions: What song lives within you waiting to be revealed? What medicine do you carry for your own healing and for the world? What are your inner demons and daily obstacles standing in the way?\nUsing meditation, embodiment, connection with nature, and psychospiritual work, we listen deeply within. Using poetry, writing, art, and ritual, we leap into creative expression and conversation with the world around us.
