Stay in Place Writer’s Conference

April 28 @ 9:10 am - 9:50 am MDT

Free

As part of this day-long online conference for writers, Rosemerry will be hosting a poetry thoughtshop from 9:10-9:50 MST (where she’ll share thoughts and poems and prompts so you can do writing after)!

The Gateway of the Unknown: A poetry thoughtshop

Some write poems to look for answers, but in this thoughtshop, we’ll read and talk about poems that are driven by questions. We’ll explore how not knowing is a generative power. We’ll let ourselves be wrestled by mystery. Due to the format, we will not actually be writing during this time—it will be presenting poetry, sharing thoughts on the poems, and then offering prompts based on the poems.

The event will be hosted on Facebook by Writing to Be Read. For more information and to register, click here
