When a Poem Goes to Heaven

by rosemerryt@gmail.com

If a poem could go to heaven, it would have musician Molly Venter decide to make it into a lyric she then sang as she played guitar. That’s what happened to my poem “Still Life at Dusk,” which Molly turned into “Your Shadow Leaves You,” a haunting, minor melody that turns darkness and shadow into miracle.
