YOU FIRST: BRING WHAT YOU LOVE ~ a writing & listening retreat on how to nourish yourself during the holidays and forever
How is it in a time devoted to giving and feasting, our own hearts often go hungry? Our own needs for rest and self-care often go unmet. How can we meet the empty and hungry parts of ourselves with compassion and love in action? How do we find the language to explore who we are now and who we are becoming?
In this half-day retreat join The Kitchen Healer Jules Blaine Davis and poet Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer for 4 hours of nourishment through conversation, listening, writing, and optional sharing. We’ll navigate life in real time, together, creating the muscle to find connection and sustenance in our day to day lives. You will leave our time together deliciously full and hungry for more.
In the weeks leading up to our time together, Jules will offer practical, magical ways to care for the self before and during the retreat, so sign up early to experience the full yumminess!
