WELCOMING THE NIGHTHAWKS: In Conversation with Poet Maya Stein

Coming in August — I get to be in conversation with a poet inspiration of mine, Maya Stein! We will share poems and an informal dialogue around our theme “Welcoming the Nighthawks” (borrowed from a line in my poem, In Crepuscular Light: “These warm summer nights / I take in the nighthawks / looping above the field.” In other words, we’re going to talk poetry and birds and dusk and summer … Our conversation takes Monday, August 10 at 5:00 p.m. (MT) on Zoom.
