This year’s theme is The Alchemy of Relationship — a shared exploration of how our nervous systems reorganize themselves in the presence of care, how safety is relational, and how the substance of our brains is changed by the way people are with us.  Participants can choose from a rich array of deeply engaging, relational healing experiences designed around a single living truth: We are transformed by relationship.

We are not regulated alone.

We are not resilient alone.

We are not transformed alone.

 

Our bodies learn safety in the presence of another. Our nervous systems soften when care is available. And our lives are quietly, continually shaped by who stands beside us.
