BOOK LAUNCH PARTY: “Meditations on Freedom: A Tuesday Circle Anthology”

I’m thrilled about the publication of Meditations on Freedom: A Tuesday Circle Anthology —a collection of poems on freedom by Tuesday Circle, a group I’ve been lucky enough to lead for two and a half years.

Published by the incredible Mary Simmerling, edited by Mary, assisted by Sue Mapel and Denise Jessup. Cover Heidi Bourne. Featuring poems by all the above, plus Paula Lepp, Sharon Corcoran, Dennise Gackstetter, Jerilyn Pelikan, Emily Jane Style, Katheryne Roy, Jayne Becker, Angela Thomas, Robby Lynch, LeAnne Blackert, Tom Amsberry, Susan Gelber, Mary Hearding, Tam Spielman, and an afterword by Frank Clark. Such a glorious group of humans with so much heart, so much intelligence, so much talent, so much respect for each other and the world.

Join us to celebrate the book and hear some wonderful poetry.

Early praise:
“Freedom longs for a cloud of witnesses. This collection provides one. The poets in these pages are seers, literally and metaphorically. By attesting to what they see, they invite us deeper into our own freedom.”
