Summer Soul: A Meditation & Writing Retreat to Cultivate Joy

Spend a weekend experiencing meditation, writing and sharing with the acclaimed American poet Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (CMMT) Augusta Kantra. Our hope is to hold this in person in Fairhope, Alabama.
