In this 40-minute poetry thoughtshop offered via Zoom on July 21 (a program initially beset with wifi issues that have been edited out), Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer shares poems about resilience, reinvention and leaning into the unknown that help us re-see the world, reframe our thoughts, and open to life as it is. She also offers a host of writing prompts to help you reframe the self, to meet the moment, and to fathom your connection with others and the world.
The poems she reads are listed below with links to most of them.
This event was hosted by SHYFT at Mile High whose mission is to provide all people, regardless of ability to pay, with classes and programs proven to reduce stress, heal trauma, and create connection.
